Foreign Policy in Cuba
At the moment, America does not have formal diplomat relations with Cuba – and with good reason. After the Cuban Revolution of 1959, relations between the two deteriorated a great deal and are full of tension and confrontation to this day. America has an embargo which makes it illegal for U.S. corporations to do business with Cuba. The U.S. created this embargo, and says that it will continue it, as long as Cuban regime continues to stalemate about democratizing the area and showing better human rights.
