Asia is Rising
There are many naysayers out there today about the future of America. Without going down that route, it is clear to everyone now that Asia and especially China is on the rise. There are more and more investors eying China and its surrounding countries in hope of making money on Chinese capital growth. Of course companies invested in China like ARC China before the great crash of 2008 and have securely put themselves in the driver seat for the future, while others have not.
Yet the story does not end with China. India is also becoming a powerhouse, which can be seen in one of their leading technology and industry firms Mahindra has decided to invest heavily in developing space technology.
Singapore as well has appeared to finally reach the big leagues as property values have reached high and remained strong.
These examples are just of the indicators that East Asia has moved passed the new kid in town and has achieved the stature of big man in charge. Now the question is when do we decide to join them and realize that we may not be able to hold onto our manifest destinational outlook.
